ABOUT

Our whānau, our concern

This site draws awareness to Māori who have spoken publicly or sent us their concerns about the End of Life Choice (EoLC) Act.

From 3 - 17 October, Aotearoa New Zealand voted in a binding referendum on the EoLC Act.

The Act has legalised euthanasia
(when a doctor or nurse practitioner gives a "lethal dose of medication" to end a person's life) and assisted suicide (when a doctor or nurse practitioner gives a "lethal dose of medication" to a person to take themselves).

We would love to hear from you. Please share your story. Your voice will be heard & together we will make Aotearoa New Zealand stronger.
